Position Details

What you will do in this role:

  • Support Lifepoint Behavioral Health hospitals in meeting strategic and budgetary goals for the outpatient departments.
  • Train and educate facility Director of Outpatient on achieving performance goals, including ADC, referral conversion rates, program productivity, staff engagement, and clinical outcomes.
  • Strategic planning & leadership development - Identify and set growth strategies with each site based on individualized and systematic opportunities.
  • Maximize growth potential through capacity structures such as staffing, floor plans, hours & days of operations.
  • Marketing/Development-community needs assessments to determine growth opportunities and identification of specialty treatment tracks, marketing of program through IP and intake.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work (clinical field), or RN preferred.
  • Current unencumbered counseling, social work, or RN license preferred and per state requirements.
  • Five years of behavioral health outpatient experience.
  • Knowledge of outpatient behavioral health best practices for PHP, IOP, and outpatient.
  • Leadership experience in overseeing multi-site, multi-state programs.
  • Knowledge of Joint Commission and state standards in providing excellent patient care.
  • Ability to travel 75% - 100% of the time.
