Position Details

What you do in this role:

  • Responsible for ensuring specialty programming is implemented
  • Provides oversight to Help for Heroes therapists provides feedback and delivers training on skill enhancement for specialty population
  • Ensures all interventions (individual, group, and family therapy) are performed and documented according to specialty program standards
  • Actively participates in the complaint resolution process as needed
  • Collaborates with leadership team members related to Facility operations and specialty programming
  • Partners with Facility leadership to ensure appropriate data collection and outcome measures are gathered and reported for Help for Heroes

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree from an accredited school of Social Work or equivalent counseling program; additional years of experience may substitute for education.
  • Previous experience in inpatient healthcare required. A knowledge of psychiatric, behavioral and substance abuse treatment principles required. Clinical experience working with military behavioral health, military patients (Active and Veteran), and first responders is preferred.
  • Current unencumbered clinical Social Work or counseling license
